Okay now but can be great

There are things I like and dislike about this application. I like the clean interface and the product focus (not trying to be everything to everyone). I have no problem manually downloading and importing my records - do not want to enter all of the account access info into an app. But there are things I don’t like. When you import files, it asks you for the account, which is fine, but I wish it would default to the account I have highlighted/is showing instead of the first on the list. It does not handle credit card returns well - they can be entered with a right click but cannot be imported correctly. The developer is responsive when contacted, which is good. But there is very little product documentation, which seems like an easy thing to fix.

This app can be so much better once some product nuances are addressed.
